  • New Mainers Assistance Program started in 2022 to help just one family in their relocation to Maine from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. From helping one family to becoming a full charitable organization helping many, NMAP is committed to helping asylum seekers in our community.

The New Mainers Assistance Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization started by concerned citizens in the greater community of  Yarmouth, Maine , to assist local families in the process of seeking asylum.
